Dornoch, the colt co-owned by former MLB All-Star and World Series winner Jayson Werth, is headed to the 2024 Breeders' Cup.
Werth was at Monmouth Park in Oceanport, New Jersey, to celebrate Dornoch's victory in the win-and-you're-in Haskell Stakes on Saturday.
Dornoch won the race by 1 1/4 lengths as he completed the 1 1/8 mile race in 1:50.31.
The colt, ridden by Luis Saez, secured a $1 million prize and an automatic bid in the Breeder's Cup.
