Uehara protects 3-run lead for his sixth save - Koji Uehara (R) Boston Red Sox

Koji Uehara retired the Rays in order to pick up his fifth save, closing out a 2-0 win versus the Rays on Tuesday.

Protecting a two-run lead, Uehara kept David DeJesus, Logan Forsythe, and Asdrubal Cabrera in the infield for a 1-2-3, 13-pitch ninth inning. He's 5-for-6 in save situations now with a 2.45 ERA, 0.68 WHIP, and 11/0 K/BB ratio in 7 1/3 innings. May 5 - 10:12 PM
