Tyler Jay has come a long way since his days as a lightly recruited pitcher for Lemont High School in suburban Illinois.
"Coming out of high school, I knew that my potential wasn't even close to (what it seemed). I was a late bloomer with my size and body," Jay told Shannon Ryan of the Chicago Tribune.
