According to James Wagner of theWashington Post, Strasburg was taken out of a start against the Giants after appearing to favor his side:
Strasburg is coming out of the game. Seemed to favor his side after a pitch. It'll be Tanner Roark with two outs in the fourth.

As far as a potential update, CBS Sports MLB noted on Twitter that the Nationals have a policy not to disclose injury information during a game.
