The Minnesota Twins announced that they have signed free-agent starting pitchers Rich Hill and Homer Bailey.

Hill, 39, went 4-1 with a 2.45 ERA in 13 starts for the Los Angeles Dodgers last season. He struck out 72 batters in 58.2 innings and posted a 1.13 WHIP. He has gone 41-20 with a 2.91 ERA since 2015, striking out 10.68 batters per nine innings.
