Report: Phillies' Bryce Harper Had Successful Tommy John Surgery on Elbow Injury

According to Jim Salisbury of NBC Sports Philadelphia, Bryce Harper underwent Tommy John surgery on Wednesday. The surgery reportedly went "very well," which means Harper could return to "hitting competitively by mid-May."
