Los Angeles Dodgers star Shohei Ohtani is putting down some roots after pledging to spend the next 10 years in L.A.
The Los Angeles Times' Jack Flemming reported the two-time American League MVP purchased a home worth $7.85 million in La Cañada Flintridge. The previous owner was comedian Adam Carolla.
"Highlights include a kitchen with custom cabinetry, an indoor-outdoor living room and amenities such as a movie theater, a sauna, a gym and a basketball court," Flemming wrote of the 7,327-square foot home. "Spread throughout are five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, including a primary suite with a balcony and spa tub.
