Rays signed RHP Kyle McPherson to a two-year minor league contract.
McPherson will report to extended spring training. He's dealt with a myriad of arm injuries over the last few seasons, having undergone both Tommy John surgery and a surgery to repair a broken elbow. He last pitched in the majors in 2012. May 15 - 8:32 PM
