Rays activated INF Nick Franklin from the 15-day disabled list.
Franklin missed the first six weeks of the regular season with an oblique strain. He was expected to open as the Rays' starting second baseman, but it's not exactly clear how the 24-year-old fits into Tampa Bay's plans now. Franklin hit .286/.400/.333 on his seven-game minor league rehab assignment with Triple-A Durham. He'll have NL-only fantasy value if he plays regularly. May 16 - 5:40 PM
