Pirates optioned INF/OF Steve Lombardozzi to Triple-A Indianapolis.
He was sent out to make room for Wilfredo Boscan who will provide an extra arm in the bullpen. Lombardozzi should get another shot with the big league club before long. May 16 - 2:08 PM
