The 2024 World Series will be the subject of a three-part documentary series coming to Apple TV+.
The "first all-access docuseries" in World Series history will feature "interviews with players, coaches, fans, journalists and family members," according to a network press release.
The series, currently untitled, is already in production. It will be directed by R.J. Cutler, while former New York Yankees legend Derek Jeter will contribute as an executive producer.
The series is being produced in partnership with the MLB and Imagine Documentaries, the company behind the Apple docuseries "The Dynasty: New England Patriots.
