Per MLB Network's Jon Morosi, the Phillies are expected to trade for "at least one" leverage reliever ahead of Tuesday's deadline.
The report comes after Philadelphia traded right-handed reliever Seranthony Domínguez to the Baltimore Orioles for outfielder Austin Hays.
