Coming into the season, a big question facing the Minnesota Twins was who is going to start in center field? New manager Paul Molitor decided on Jordan Schafer to take the starting spot and Shane Robinson to get playing time as well. That left Aaron Hicks and Eddie Rosario to be sent down to AAA to play for the Rochester Red Wings.
In the Twins’ 14 games thus far, Schafer has started 9 of those games (played in 12 overall) and has been terrible at the plate and in the field.
