New York Mets outfielder Michael Conforto left Sunday's game with a wrist injury after being hit by a pitch.
San Francisco Giants starter Matt Moore hit the left-hander on the hand, and while he showed signs of injury, he remained in the game. As Kristie Ackert of the New York Daily News noted, he left one inning later before he could bat again.
He was 0-for-2 before leaving the game.
Conforto struggled mightily last season when he slashed .220/.310/.414 in 109 appearances, but he's rebounded nicely in 2017.
