Iglesias struck out five and walked two. He coughed up a solo home run to Jung Ho Kang in the fourth inning and an RBI single to Travis Ishikawa in the seventh, but otherwise kept the Pirates from damaging the scoreboard too badly. The owner of a bloated 5.13 ERA, 1.39 WHIP and 47/15 K/BB ratio over 47 1/3 innings, he'll try to build on this start when he takes to the road to face the Diamondbacks in his next start.
Cole didn't pitch poorly, but this was far from his sharpest start. He struck out eight and walked one in his relatively limited time on the mound.
