On Saturday night, the Chicago Cubs won their first National League Championship Series game since way back in 2003.
They couldn't have done it without a few assists from the Los Angeles Dodgers.
The final score of 8-4 in Game 1 of the NLCS makes it look like the Cubs won a laugher. Not really. The Cubs were clinging to a 3-1 lead through the first seven innings, but then they seemed doomed to relive the heartbreak of their last two trips to the NLCS when Adrian Gonzalez tied the game with a two-run single off Aroldis Chapman in the eighth.
