Marlins activated RHP David Phelps from the paternity leave list.
Phelps will start on Friday against the Mets in place of the injured Henderson Alvarez (shoulder). The Marlins don't think Alvarez will be sidelined too long, but Phelps figures to get a chance for a handful of starts. Apr 15 - 3:02 PM
