As Chicago Cubs pitcher Tsuyoshi Wada walked off the field after completing the third inning of Wednesday night's game against the San Diego Padres, something on the ground caught his eye.
A credit card.
Wada picked up the credit card near the third-base line and inspected it on his way to the dugout. Wanting to get it to its rightful owner, the pitcher handed the card to a Petco Park staff member.
Ironically, Wada—in his first start of the season—was pretty "money" on this night. The Cubs southpaw struck out the first four batters he faced and set a career-high with nine strikeouts in the game.
