The Atlanta Braves will be without a pair of stars for the foreseeable future.
The team announced Sunday that second baseman Ozzie Albies will miss "approximately eight weeks" after X-rays revealed a left wrist fracture. The team also placed left-handed starting pitcher Max Fried on the 15-day injury list due to forearm neuritis, a nerve inflammation, per the Associated Press (h/t ESPN).
Fried will not pitch until his symptoms are gone.
