The wonder that is Bartolo Colon continued to amaze after a length rain delay at Turner Field. He extended his scoreless streak to 31 innings before finally yielding a couple of runs.
The pitching
The Elias Sports Bureau noted that Colon set the record for the longest single-season scoreless streak by a pitcher age 42 or older (previously set by Hall-of-Famers Warren Spahn and Cy Young).
