Baker pitches competently in loss to Padres - Scott Baker (S) Los Angeles Dodgers

Scott Baker lost a perfect game in the seventh inning Monday in a start for Triple-A Oklahoma City.

Addison Russell broke it up with a two-out single. Baker held on for the shutout, lowering his ERA to 1.06 in the process. With the Dodgers in need of a starter, Baker could get the call Saturday against San Diego. David Huff got first dibs at the No. 5 spot but was quickly sent down to Triple-A after a tough outing on April 14. Apr 20 - 4:36 PM
