New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez is facing legal trouble stemming from a prior business arrangement with his ex-brother-in-law.
According to the New York Daily News' Christian Red, Constantine Scurtis—who is the younger brother of Rodriguez's ex-wife—is suing Rodriguez for $100 million after the Yankees designated hitter allegedly used the duo's joint real estate venture to commit mortgage and insurance fraud.
"This is the last thing in the world I want to do," Scurtis said, per Red. "I have a very positive career going on right now. It's not good to be involved in litigation in the business I'm in.
