Houston Astros owner Jim Crane told Jerome Solomon of the Houston Chronicle on Wednesday that the team would "definitely" make a long-term offer to third baseman Alex Bregman in the wake of Jose Altuve's five-year, $125 million extension this offseason.
Bregman is set to hit free agency after the 2024 camapign.
