The depth of the New York Yankees lineup has been called into question.
Jon Heyman of the New York Post reported that some AL foes believe that a lack of production from the bottom of the order could be what limits the franchise's chance for success this season.
"The problem is when you take out your five- and six-hole hitters, you end up replacing them with down-in-the-order guys," one AL scout told Heyman. "So your new five- and six-hole hitters are Torres and LeMahieu and they both [are struggling] now.
