The MLB Trade Deadline is fast approaching on Monday at 4 p.m. ET, and as a result, trade rumors are flying across the league as talks heat up. Many rumors have centered around the futures of star pitchers Yu Darvish and Sonny Gray, but they're far from the only players who could be dealt. Here are all the latest MLB trade rumors you need to know.
Rangers Dealing Yu Darvish?
The Rangers are 4.5 games out of first place and it appears they're ready to be sellers. Ken Rosenthal reports the Rangers have told teams they're prepared to trade SP Yu Darvish.
Sources: #Rangers confident they will get quality trade for Darvish. Informing clubs they will move him, actively exchanging names.

Because Sonny Gray is under team control longer than a rental like Darvish, the Rangers likely won't get as hefty a return. Still, they clearly expect a good return. Darvish is 6-9 this year with a 4.01 ERA and a 1.168 WHIP. He was roughed up in his last start, giving up 10 earned runs in just 3.2 innings of work. That game pushed his ERA from 3.44 to above 4.
Royals Still Looking For Starters
The Royals already made one big trade before the deadline, but they might not be done yet. Just two games out of the AL Central and clinging to the final spot in the Wild Card, the Royals are searching for even more starting pitching help.
"Even after the six-player trade that netted them Trevor Cahill, the Royals are looking at starting pitchers," Jon Heyman of Fan Rag Sports writes. "They’ve called on even Sonny Gray and Yu Darvish, but understand they are probably not realistic for them. Royals people likened it to window shopping on Madison Ave, where the Royals generally don’t shop."
A far cheaper option is Francisco Liriano, a player the Royals have already been linked to. But given the price tags attached to starting pitchers in a limited market, a splashy trade seems unlikely for Kansas City. On a semi-related note, Heyman writes that Kansas City will make qualifying offers to both Eric Hosmer and Mike Moustakas.

Marlins And Dan Straily
The Marlins had listened to offer for SP Dan Straily, but there are conflicting reports about if he's available via a trade.
The #Marlins, who briefly listened to offers for Dan Straily, now have taken him off the market.

Source says Dan Straily is indeed still available. Marlins still very much open to trading him in right deal.
— Mark Feinsand (@Feinsand) July 28, 2017
The likely situation is this: the Marlins are open to dealing Straily, but they don't expect any team to meet their demands and are no longer actively shopping him. Straily is under (cheap) team control through the 2020 season, so the Marlins had a high asking price. No one meet their demands, so they'll elect to hold on to him. He is 7-6 this year with a 3.84 ERA and a 1.185 WHIP.
