The MLB Trade Deadline is fast approaching on July 31, and as a result, trade rumors are flying across the league as talks heat up. The market around pitchers like Yu Darvish and Sonny Gray continues to be the main storyline as we get ready for what is sure to be a hectic week. Here are all the latest MLB trade rumors you need to know from the hot stove.
Dodgers have "strong interest" in Yu Darvish
The Los Angeles Dodgers were scouting Yu Darvish during his last start for the Texas Rangers and have "strong interest" in acquiring him before the deadline, according to MLB Network's Jon Morosi.

The Dodgers are looking to pair ace Clayton Kershaw with another top quality pitcher in their push for a World Series title. Darvish, who is in the final year of his contract, is 6-8 with a 3.44 ERA with 143 strikeouts in 21 starts this season.
Yankees showing interest in Giancarlo Stanton
The New York Yankees also have interest in Darvish and a few other pitchers, but have also expressed interest in acquiring Giancarlo Stanton from the Miami Marlins, according to Jon Heyman of FanRag Sports.
Can anyone imagine a lineup with both Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton in it?
Apparently the New York Yankees can, because sources with ties to the Miami Marlins say the Yankees were one of the teams to check in regarding the status of Stanton, the great slugger whose mega contract is quite likely too big for the Miami franchise.
It isn’t known exactly how serious the Yankees were about adding baseball’s other superb bigger-than-life star, and they obviously have much more pressing needs than another superstar power-hitting outfielder. Not only do they have the 2017 sensation Judge for right field, they have yet another talented rookie outfielder, Clint Frazier, who’s racking up extra-base hits.
It isn’t believed the Yankees’ talk with the Marlins went far beyond an initial phone call, and that apparently came weeks ago, and there’s no evidence any Stanton talks are ongoing with the Yankees at this time.
Stanton, who has $295 million left on the 13-year, $325 million he signed in 2014, is batting .271 with 30 home runs and 65 RBIs in 95 games this season.

Red Sox scouting, targeting Phillies reliever Pat Neshek
The Boston Red Sox plan to be buyers at the deadline and continue to have strong interest in Philadelphia Phillies reliever Pat Neshek, according to Jen McCaffrey of MassLive.com.
Phillies reliever Pat Neshek is among the best arms on the trade market his summer and the Red Sox have shown strong interest.
Boston has been tied to Neshek for the last few months, and ESPN's Jerry Crasnick reported on Sunday that the Red Sox, along with the Washington Nationals, Los Angeles Dodgers, Tampa Bay Rays and Chicago Cubs, have scouted Neshek recently.
Neshek as a 1.12 ERA with one save and 45 strikeouts in 40.1 innings in 43 appearances this season while holding opponents to a .203 batting average.
