The 2016 MLB Hot Stove continues to sizzle with a litany of new free agency and trade rumors hitting wire. We're here to sift through the latest and most interesting of the bunch with our MLB Rumors Roundup For January 11th.
Yovani Gallardo Next Pitcher To Sign?
Several pitchers have already signed, but there are a few talented options left on the market. One of those is Yovani Gallardo and Nick Cafardo of the Boston Globe suspects he could be the next one to sign.
"Gallardo seems to be the next significant starter to go in free agency. Gallardo has a few teams interested, each of which are hoping to score a bargain. And it appears the teams are looking for a two- or three-year deal. Scott Kazmir’s recent three-year, $48 million deal with the Dodgers could be an indication of what Gallardo could land. Look for the Orioles, Blue Jays, Pirates, Royals, and Cubs to be in on Gallardo."
The Royals already brought back Alex Gordon, so money could be a bit tight. However, they are looking for another starter. The Cubs could use another starter as well and likely have the funds to land Gallardo. He posted a 3.42 ERA with a 1.42 WHIP last season with the Rangers.
Tigers Have Discussed Some Big Names
The Detroit Tigers are looking into adding a left fielder, and they've discussed some big names.
Tigers have discussed yoenis, j-up, davis, fowler, desmond. Depends on $. may just go for platooner for LF tho (ie raburn)

Yoenis Cespedes would make for a fun addition, given that the team moved him before last year's trade deadline.
Cardinals Sign Seung-Hwan Oh
The St. Louis Cardinals signed Korean pitcher Seung-hwan Oh today. The reliever is 33-years old and the Cardinals gave him a one year deal that can be worth up to $5 million. Oh also has two of the best nicknames in baseball, going by "Stone Buddha" and "The Final Boss."
Marlins Looking At Jeff Francoeur?
The Miami Marlins might end up adding a veteran outfielder, according to Heyman.
Marlins are looking at a couple righthanded bats, including Jeff francoeur. Would be nice veteran add for clubhouse.

Francoeur has battled injuries in recent years, but the 32-year old did play in 119 games last season for the Phillies. He posted a .258 batting average.
