The MLB offseason has been relatively quiet to this point, but that should change during baseball's winter meetings starting on Dec. 9, which is where much of the foundation for offseason trades and other acquisitions take place. As such, the rumor mill is buzzing with potential free agent signings and trade talks, especially around the future of Carlos Santana. Here are all the latest MLB rumors you need to know.

Angels Interested in Carlos Santana
Jon Heyman of FanRag Sports first mentioned the Angels as a Santana suitor in mid-November, among a list of teams that included the Indians, Red Sox, Mariners, Phillies, and Mets. On Tuesday, Jon Morosi of MLB Network reports that the Angels "remain interested" in free agent slugger Carlos Santana.

Santana is 31-years-old and rejected the Indians one-year, $17.4 million qualifying offer last month. He batted .259/.363/.455 with 23 home runs and 79 RBI in 154 games this past season for the Indians.
Cubs Interested in Brandon Kintzler
Last month the Rockies and Cardinals were rumored as the top teams to land Nationals relief pitcher Brandon Kintzler. According to Jon Morosi of MLB Network, the Cubs have also shown interest in free agent reliever Kintzler.

The 33-year-old right-hander saved 29 games while posting a 3.03 ERA for the Twins and Nationals this past season while making his first All-Star team.
Neftali Feliz's New Audition
Feliz was released by the Royals in early September after a disappointing 2017 season where he posted a 4.74 ERA in his 20 games. According to Chris Cotillo of SB Nation, free agent Neftali Feliz is scheduled to audition for a team in the Dominican Republic on Wednesday.

Cotillo says Feliz recently received a clean bill of health from Dr. James Andrews after being diagnosed with ulnar nerve palsy in his right arm last August. The team in the Dominican Republic he is visiting with today is still unknown.
