Mike Napoli To The Twins?
The Minnesota Twins need a right-handed batter who can hit the long ball. According to Jon Heyman of FanRag Sports, the Twins are in "serious talks" with free agent slugger Mike Napoli.

Napoli is a great fit for the Twins as he belted 29 home runs and drove in 66 RBIs last season for the Texas Rangers.
Ichiro Suzuki Wants To Play Next Season
Ichiro became a free agent in November after the Miami Marlins declined their $2 million option to sign him for next season. He is coming off a rough year batting just .255/.318/.332 over 215 plate appearances. Despite the down year, Ichiro still wants to play next season.
Ichiro told the Kyodo News Agency on Saturday that he still hopes to play in MLB next season: "I feel like a big dog at a pet shop that hasn't been sold. Of course, I want to play baseball next year."
This shouldn't surprise anyone that he wants to play considering he said he wants to play until he is 50. The 10-time All-Star ranks 22nd on the all-time MLB list with 3,080 hits.
Zach Duke Finds New Home
Zach Duke missed the first half of last season rehabbing from Tommy John and flexor tendon surgeries. He did finish the season strong posting a 3.93 ERA and 12/6 K/BB ratio over 18.1 innings with the St. Louis Cardinals. The Twins saw enough of the 35-year-old and have agreed to terms with him, according to Paul Lambert of KFAN.

Christmas scoop.
However, the terms of the agreement are not yet known. Duke adds solid depth to a Cardinals bullpen that has experienced troubles in the past.
