There are plenty of positions to follow when it comes to Missouri’s transfer portal exploits, but only one commands enough importance to define the Tigers’ annual roster retooling: quarterback.
Mizzou swung and missed on its first quarterback transfer target when Southern California quarterback Miller Moss ultimately committed to Louisville on Saturday, sending MU back to the drawing board.
More players are now in the portal, which gives a better sense of the market and available options.
The top two quarterbacks in the transfer portal as of Monday, according to 247Sports’ rankings, are likely off the table for Missouri.
