For the first time this season, the Missouri volleyball team fell.
The Tigers fell behind early to Saint Louis University and the Billikens quickly took advantage of the team’s seven errors in the first set. In spite of sophomore Kira Larson’s three kills on a .600, the team was defeated 16-25.
"Credit goes to Saint Louis as they came out firing from the get go tonight," coach Wayne Kreklow said in a news release. "It was a great crowd inside Chaifetz and they used a lot of momentum from them. We're disappointed in the loss tonight, but I'm very proud of how our team fared during the nonconference schedule.
