FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. • The Missouri Tigers usually find themselves charging back from an early deficit at Bud Walton Arena, but Wednesday’s visit to Arkansas presented a new challenge. Mizzou had an early lead to protect.
Fresh off their first Southeaster Conference win, the Tigers charged out of the locker room with a 13-point lead on the Razorbacks only to watch their advantage melt away with turnover after turnover.
Arkansas stormed back from off a dreadful start, finished the game on a 12-1 run and broke a four-game losing streak with a 72-60 victory, the Razorbacks’ fifth straight home win over the Tigers.
