COLUMBIA, Mo. • The first full-pads practice brought something else to Mizzou’s preseason camp on Monday: a conga line.
Last year the Tigers began a tradition where each position group has an assigned day to open practice with an organized dance of some sort. The quarterbacks and special teamers were up first Monday. With a fresh salsa beat playing on the house stereo, they led the rest of the team on a conga line from the north end zone of Faurot Field to the south end zone. Senior QB Corbin Berkstresser had the honor of leading the 100-strong line of players and coaches.
