Season’s Greetings, Tiger fans! Confused? Allow me to explain.
When the Tigers last faced Illinois, it was on St. Patrick’s Day 2024, a holiday. And this year, it’s on another (though unrecognized) holiday, Super Bowl Sunday! Not only that, but this will be the first of two consecutive matchups with the Illini, and weirdly enough, the next meeting will be on a holiday as well.... Valentine’s Day! So much holiday spirit awaits in the annual Braggin’ Rights matchup!
