BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Southeastern Conference on Wednesday announced the Community Service Team for the sport of football, prior to the SEC Championship Game to be played on Saturday, December 5, at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
The SEC names a Community Service Team for each of its 21 league-sponsored sports, looking to highlight an athlete from each school who gives back to his community through superior service efforts.
The 2015 SEC Football Community Service Team is as follows:
Alabama
Reggie Ragland
Has totaled 50-plus hours of community service across double-digit volunteer opportunities that include visits to hospitals, schools and churches.
