Perhaps no position emphasizes this gap in ability more than offensive line. To put it bluntly: not only are Division I OL prospects better, they’re just bigger. Go ahead and tally the height and weight of some of the guys that are committing to SEC schools these days. You’ll notice the difference between them and the guys playing ball at the local D-II or NAIA school.
