Missouri will rent out unused dorm rooms to fans for football games and other campus events beginning this fall.
The initiative was among several introduced Thursday by university leaders to the Board of Curators as a response to declining freshman enrollment, which is affecting the school’s finances.
The school also launched a website Wednesday night that allows people to book a two-room, four-bed suite priced at $120 per night, which includes an added cost for parking. And for those who fondly remember on-campus life, staying in a dorm means you will be able to buy meals in campus cafeterias.
