Today we’re talking about Tyler Badie.
Life sucks sometimes. Badie, one of the most electric offensive players to come through Missouri in the past two decades, has had a hard time of it in the NFL. He’s been constantly in and out of rosters, on and off of practice squads. But he had just found some momentum in Denver, where the Broncos needed his playmaking ability to help rookie QB Bo Nix adapt to the speed of the NFL. After a few injuries on the depth chart, Badie took the opportunity and was seemingly running with it. That is, until an injury on Sunday saw him carted off the field on a stretcher.
