The road from New Albany High School in Indiana to the Los Angeles Lakers has been a long one for Sean East II. A few more stops than most, East went from Indiana to Combine Academy in North Carolina, to UMass, to Bradley, to John A. Logan before finally landing at Missouri.
At Missouri, East thrived, first as a backup and then as the primary option. While we know the season was bad, East wasn’t. If the Tigers were merely a sliver better East likely would have made the All-SEC team, at least on the second team squad.
