COLUMBIA Mo. -- The No. 14 Mizzou gymnastics earned its first-ever Southeastern Conference dual win as the Tigers posted a 195.800-195.350 win over No. 9 Georgia on Friday, Jan. 22 at Mizzou Arena. Mizzou trailed by 0.950 heading into the final rotation but scored a season best 49.075 on floor to claim the come-from-behind win.
Freshman Britney Ward (Ozark, Mo.) and sophomore Kennedi Harris (Atlanta, Ga.) both claimed event titles in the meet. For the second meet in a row, Ward won both beam (9.900) and vault (9.875), while Harris was first on floor (9.925) for the time in four meets this season.
