COLUMBIA, MO. • Shortly after his team’s sixth straight loss Saturday, Missouri basketball coach Kim Anderson wasn’t sure what to make of the skirmish between his team and Georgia that led to technical fouls for both teams and a surge of emotion for the Bulldogs’ fans. But Anderson quickly diagnosed his team’s offensive undoing: The Tigers came one short of matching their single-game school record for 3-point shots with 36 attempts — and connected on just six. In the 71-66 loss, MU guard Terrence Phillips shot five of 12 from behind the arc, meaning the rest of his teammates made just one of 24 attempts.
