COLUMBIA, MO. • Jack Lowary crouches as Drew Lock takes the snap during Saturday’s bowl practice. When Lock’s pass lands comfortably in the hands of Kam Scott about 40 yards downfield, Lowary jumps and throws his hands up in celebration.
A few seconds later, Lock looks over to Lowary and gets a thumbs up. Then it’s on to the next play, which Lowary, on the sideline, signals in to the offense.
Lowary, a junior, is one of five quarterbacks on Missouri’s roster. Lock, the two-time All-SEC passer, will play his final game with the Tigers in the Liberty Bowl on New Year’s Eve.
