The senior wide receiver rolled a few feet downfield, jumped up with the ball in his hands and celebrated the 41-yard pass he had just caught from Lock to pick up a first down and, a few plays later, Missouri’s third touchdown at Florida on Nov. 3.
As Hall ran to the sideline, he breathed a sigh of relief. It was his first game back after missing more than a month of football — and the first deep catch since the first quarter against Purdue on Sept. 15.
He injured his groin during Missouri’s Sept. 8 win against Wyoming and was limited against Purdue and Georgia.
