COLUMBIA, Mo. — While Missouri coach Eli Drinkwitz scrambles to find more quarterbacks for 2022, he quietly secured another prized pledge for the position’s future last week.
Gabarri Johnson, a 2023 target from Tacoma, Washington, saw enough on a recent visit to end his recruitment last Sunday, giving the Tigers a four-star quarterback commitment for the third straight recruiting cycle.
More than 2,000 miles from home, Johnson was quickly hooked on Columbia.
