After becoming Missouri's all-time scoring leader, Sophie Cunningham crowned her college career with another honor, strengthening her case as the best player in program history.
On Monday, she earned third-team All-America honors on the Associated Press team, becoming the first player in Mizzou team history to make the AP All-American team.
Cunningham, leading the Tigers to a fourth straight NCAA Tournament, averaged a team-high 17.8 points and a career-best 5.9 rebounds, plus 2.8 assists as a senior. She finished her career with 2,187 points and set the team's scoring record in MU's overtime win over Drake in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
