COLUMBIA, Mo. • In two weeks Mack Rhoades officially takes over as Missouri’s athletics director, which means Mike Alden’s days as boss of Mizzou athletics are numbered. On Tuesday, Alden sat down with reporters for an exit interview of sorts, opening the floor for questions that covered a wide range of topics from his 17 years on the job. Alden reflected on his past, looked forward to his future and shared thoughts on the current state of college athletics, both at Mizzou and from a national perspective.
