COLUMBIA, Mo. • On the first day of the NCAA spring signing period, Missouri officially added a point guard to its 2015 recruiting class as Terrence Phillips signed his national letter of intent on Wednesday. The 5-foot-11 point guard from Oak Hill Academy in Mouth of Wilson, Va., first gave Mizzou a verbal commitment in January.
Phillips, the all-time assists leader at Oak Hill, averaged 7.7 points, 8.7 assists and 4.2 steals as a senior while leading Oak Hill to a 47-1 record.
“We are excited to have Terrence in our Mizzou program,” MU coach Kim Anderson said in a prepared statement.
