COLUMBIA, Mo. • The Missouri basketball team officially announced the signing of K.J. Walton, a 6-3 shooting guard from Brownsburg, Ind., who committed to the Tigers earlier this month while in Columbia on his official recruiting visit. Wednesday is the final day for recruits to sign national letters of intent during the spring signing period.
"We are excited to add K.J. to our Mizzou Basketball family," Missouri coach Kim Anderson said in a prepared statement. "He is an outstanding athlete who has the ability to score from multiple guard positions. In addition, he has the potential to be an elite wing defender.
