COLUMBIA, Mo. — Missouri football has its first commitment of the 2025 recruiting class. And the Tigers got a quarterback.
Matt Zollers, a consensus four-star quarterback, verbally committed to Mizzou on Thursday.
The Royersford, Pennsylvania, signal-caller is generally considered one of the nation’s better prospects at the position, giving the Tigers a solid foundation for the start of its next recruiting class.
MU beat out Georgia, Alabama, Penn State and Pittsburgh for Zollers’ commitment. He visited all five schools in recent weeks before making his decision.
