COLUMBIA, Mo. — Missouri added an in-state player making the jump from Division II to the Southeastern Conference to its transfer portal haul.
Defensive end Langden Kitchen committed to Mizzou on Tuesday night. He's played two seasons at Northwest Missouri State.
Kitchen recorded 8.5 tackles for a loss and 5.5 sacks this season for the Bearcats.
He hails from Huntsville, Missouri, less than an hour north of Columbia.
Northwest Missouri State lists Kitchen as 6-7, 270 pounds.
He's MU's fifth transfer portal acquisition of the cycle and fourth on the defensive side of the ball.
